I do flat rate tracked international shipping via Hong Kong Post, most are very affordable. Please click here to know more.
For EU, I only accept orders above HKD 1400

What is made-to-order?
Made-to-order means I start making your pieces after I received your orders and payment.
As all my designs are not mass produced, each one is handmade from scratch, it is extremely time consuming to fabricate them. Also because living in Hong Kong, having space is luxury so I do not keep stock for most designs.
Please make sure you are okay with the lead time (21-60 business days) before ordering. If you want your pieces sooner for a special occasion, please contact me before placing the orders and get a reply from me, sometimes it is possible and sometimes not.
Are your earrings heavy?
For every of my statement earring, the weight is listed at product details so you can decide if they are suitable for you.
The best way to find out is to put the heaviest one you can bare on scale as everyone's idea of heavy is different.
All of my earrings are made with thin sheet metals, so they are much lighter than cast ones, most of them are not as heavy as they seem.
Do you take custom order?
I do, but depends. You are always welcome to fill in the custom order form, then I will give you a quote and all custom orders are required to pay in full first. Also Please note all customs mostly take at least 8 weeks before shipping. But feel free to tell me the deadline, I will let you know if it is possible.
Do you do wholesale?
Currently I don't. Because of how my pieces are fabricated, I cannot make them in bulk.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable. If you have any problems with the order, please kindly contact via emails with your order numbers.
If you accidentally placed an extra order, or a wrong order, please contact within 24hours so I can cancel it without any fees being charged.
If you received a faulty item or they broke during shipping, please contact within the first 48 hours after you received it. In some cases I offer repair for free, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
