Each piece is designed and handmade by Scarlett Poon. Pieces were first hand-carved in wax and then cast into metals. You can watch the process here

Fake Plastic Love is a managed by a single person, from designing, making to administration work. So things just take time. Please make sure you are ok with the lead time before ordering. If you need anything urgently, please email me and get a reply before placing orders.
Due to the nature of handmade products, the pieces you received may be slightly different than photos shown. Weight, size and colours may slightly varies. Most product photos are taken under natural sunlight.

If airmail service of your destination is on pause unexpectedly, I will post your items once it is resumed. Please expect delays if there are any protests, wars, strikes, bad weather in your countries.
For international delivery, there are a few options:
EC-ship (insured, partial tracking) 7-16 business days
Speedpost (insured, full tracking) 1-4 business days
EC-ship require signature at delivery, if no one signs or pick up in time, the package may return to the sender, and the customer is required to pay the postage again in order to ship the package.
